医院药房外包装相似滴眼液的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的减少药房发药差错率,保障患者的用药安全。方法对我院药房2009年度外包装相似的滴眼液进行调查,并进行标记和拍照。结果发现7组外包装相似的滴眼液,相似内容包括图案、颜色、盒子大小等。结论应重视外包装相似的药品,采取措施以减少因外包装相似而造成处方调配差错和提高患者用药的依从性。Objective To provide reference for the reduction of dispensing error rate and protection of patient medication safety.Methods The eye drops with similar outer package in the outpatient pharmacy of our hospital in 2009 were investigated,tagging and photo.Results A total of 7 pairs of eye drops were found to be of similar outer package in pattern,color or the size of package etc.Conclusion Great importance should beattached to the drugs with similar outer packages and,countermeasures should be taken to avoid the hiden dispensing erroes induced by it and incressing compliance of patients who using medicines.
