摘 要:海洋生物技术的开发与应用,具有极为重要的现实意义和广阔的前景。它对促进整个海洋与水产业的可持续发展具有举足轻重的作用。本文从近年青岛市的海洋与水产业现状着手,较为详尽地阐述了应大力发展海洋生物技术的领域与产品,包括开发应用生物技术在水产养殖中的良种培育、病虫害的诊断与防治、水产品的精深加工和综合作用、海洋药物和医用生物材料等等诸方面应重点开展的工作。藉以对政府部门制定科技与产业发展规划,对科研、生产单位开展工作提供参考。Developing and applying biotechniques in marine fisheries production have momentouspractical significance and a far-reaching prospect and play a decisive role in promoting and urg-iug the sustainable development of marine fisheries undertakings. Starting with the present situ-ation in Qingdao's marine and fisheries undertaking in recent years, this paper makes an analy-sis of this situation and discusses in detail the aspects that should be emphasized in biotechnicalfield, which include cultivation of fine breed using biotechniques, diagnoses, prevention, con-trol and treatment of diseases, intensive processing and comprehensive utilization of fisheryproducts, marine drugs, and biomedical materials and so on. It is hoped that this paper mightserve as a reference for the government departments to formulate plans for development of sci-ence and technology and industries and for the science and technological and production units todevelop their work.
