A Study on the Procedure of Administrative Expropriation

摘　　要：按照行为发生时所处的社会事态不同,行政征用行为可分为一般行政征用行为、限时行政征用行为和紧急行政征用行为。不同种类的行政征用行为应适用不同的行政征用程序,笔者以三种行为的不同特征为基础创造性的构建了不同种类行政征用行为所对应的行政征用程序。The author summarizes the implication of administrative expropriation behavior.According to the different social circumstance,administrative expropriation is divided into general,time limited and emergency expropriation.The author suggests that different administration expropriations should be compatible with their different procedures and creatively designs the detailed structure for all the procedures.
