水热微乳液法合成氧化钇粉体前驱体

摘　　要：以草酸钠和硝酸钇为原料,CTAB和OP为复配表面活性剂,正戊醇为助表面活性剂,环己烷为油相,草酸钠和硝酸钇水溶液组成反相微乳液体系并结合水热法制备氧化钇粉体前驱体.用热重-差示扫描量热法分析前驱体的分解过程,用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜对产物的结构、粒度和形貌进行表征.结果表明,所得前驱体粉体为片状,厚度为200 nm,边长2μm,将前驱体煅烧后得到的产物为粒度分布均匀、纯度高、立方晶系的氧化钇,最后对前驱体进行了Eu3+掺杂,然后经过煅烧,利用荧光分光光度计研究了煅烧产物的发光性能.Yttria precursor powder has been synthesized in a reverse microemulsion via a hydrothermal method,using CTAB and OP as the mixed surfactant,n-pentanol as assistant surfactant,cyclohexane as oil phase,and Y（NO3）3 and Na2C2O4 solution as water-phrase and starting materials.The decomposition process and mechanism of precursor are analyzed by mean of TG-DSC,the structure,particle size and morphology of the as-prepared product are characterized by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that the calcined product is nanometer Y2O3 powder with cubic crystal,spherical shape and high purity,the mean diameter is about 65 nm.The precursor powders are the sheets with thickness of 200 nm,a side length of 2 μm.Furthermore,with doped the Eu3＋ to the precursor and calcined,the luminescence property of the product are obtained.
