摘  要:以7个不同的水稻株系"Sasanishiki"、"桂朝2号"、"Nerica5"、"特青"、"沈农265"、"秋田63"、"Nerica l"为材料,分别用0.5%、0.8%NaCl溶液进行盐胁迫处理.以发芽率、株高、根长、干重、鲜重为指标进行品种间的耐盐性差异研究.结果表明,NaCl处理对发芽率及苗期水稻生理生化指标有很大影响.在NaCl处理下,苗期"Sasanishiki"水稻株系表现出较强的耐盐性.不同水稻品种株高、根长、干重、鲜重具有明显差异,可为进一步研究作物的耐盐机理提供理论依据.In this paper,Sasanishiki,Guizhao2,Nerica5,Teqing,Shennong265,Qiutian63,Nerica l seven paddy rice species were used to investigate the germination characteristics of seeds and some physiological characters under different sodium chloride stress like 0.5 %,0.8 %.The germination rates of the seeds,the height of plant,root length,dry weight and fresh weight were also tested for different paddy rice species.The results showed that the different treatments of NaCl affected the germination rates of the seeds and physiologiealindexes of seedings.With the different sodium chloride treatments,seedling of *Sasanishiki is the strongest to salt toleranle.The rice species was significantly different among height,root length,dry weight and fresh weight.It was provide for more research crop's salt tolerance.
