摘　　要：产业竞争关系复杂网络与高技术产业网络是中国学者提出的经济复杂网络模型。对产业竞争关系复杂网络的研究文献进行评述,讨论其在复杂网络方面的工作以及这些工作的产业组织与企业管理学意义;评述高技术产业网络的研究。认为真实世界中的企业本来就是嵌入在由大量竞争对手构成的复杂网络之中的,但经典的产业组织学与管理学理论由于缺乏处理大规模网络的方法与工具,一直没能揭示这种网络因素对产业市场结构与企业对抗行动的影响,产业竞争关系复杂网络模型的出现恰好填补了这个理论空白;另一方面,方锦清团队从网络科学角度建立的高技术产业网络的多种模型以及对中国高技术产业的分析,既有理论意义又有重要的实践价值。Industrial competitive relationship complex network and high-tech industrial network, which were proposed by group led by Yang Jianmei and group led by Fang Jinqing respectively, are of economic complex network models. This paper reviews the literature of industrial competitive relationship complex network and then discusses their contributions to the complex networks field and their significance for in- dustrial organization and enterprise management theories. It also reviews the literature of high-tech net- work. We think that enterprises are essentially embedded in complex networks consisting of massive com- petitors, however, lacking of suitable methods and tools to deal with large-size network, classical indus- trial organization and management theories were unable to reveal the effect of this kind of network factor on the market structure and enterprise rivalry. Industrial competitive relationship complex network model fill in this theoretical gap. On the other hand, the various models of high-tech industrial network and the analyses by using the models to the high-tech industry in China have important value in both theory and practice.
