摘  要:本文论述了深冷处理回火后组织与性能的关系,试验结果与现场使用表明:对模具钢采用-196℃氮深冷处理可使组织发生明显变化.有效促使残留奥氏体向马氏体转变及超细碳化物的析出。可获得较佳的综合力学性能,显著提高了模具的使用寿命,具有十分重要的实际应用价值。The relationship between the mechanical properties and microstructure after quenching and deep freeze treatment has been explained. The testing results and application in worksite have shown that Cryogenic treatment of dies steels by virtue of liquid Nitrogen at 196 below zero may result in an obvious change of its microstructure ,and thereby it effectively helps transforms form retained austenite into martensite and precipitate fine carbides, which brings better comprehensive mechanical properties to dies. The work-life of the Cold- forging Dies have been increased obviously and thus it has significant use value.
