摘　　要：接收体压铸件属于中间有孔的半球形件，采用中心进浇方式，但由于该产品较大，造成分型提高。为了提高生产率，改变传统的进浇方式而采用侧向进浇。由此带来一系列的技术难题需解决。The receiver is a die casting part that the holes in the middle of this hemispherical, a gating from center as well, but the part size is too big and hard to die type .For Improve production efficiency, the traditional gating system changed to gating system from side, worked out solutions accordingly.
