阿胶中总铬含量测定方法研究

摘　　要：目的建立阿胶中总铬含量测定方法,控制阿胶产品质量,保障阿胶用药安全性。方法使用微波消解系统消解处理样品,以HNO3为消化剂,消化温度为180℃,消化时间为10min,以石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定阿胶中铬元素的含量。结果线性范围为0-40.0μg·L^-1,回归方程相关系数r=0.9991,方法的检出限为2.6×10^-4μg·mL^-1,平均回收率为98.4%（n=9）。结论本法检测阿胶中总铬的含量,方法灵敏、准确、可靠,对控制阿胶质量有实际意义。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of total chromium in donkey-hide glue.It can be used for the donkey-hide glue quality control and ensure the security.METHODS To process samples by microwave digestion system,HNO3 was used as digestive agent,the digesting temperature was 180℃ and the digesting time was 10 minutes.Chromium was determined in donkey-hide glue by GF-AAS.RESULTS The linear range was 0～40.0μg·L^-1,r=0.9991,and the detection limit was 0.26μg·L^-1.The average recovery was 98.4%（n=9）.CONCLUSION This method was sensitive,accurate and reliable to determine total chromium in donkey-hide glue,and had practical value for quality control of donkey-hide glue.
