摘　　要：介绍了一种推进剂管理装置——海绵表面张力管理装置。阐述了该管理装置的结构组成和工作原理,对该管理装置进行了设计和分析。概述了相关试验考核情况。试验结果表明:该管理装置的性能满足设计要求。该装置可推广应用于其它类似系统。A surface tension propellant management device called sponge is introduced in this paper. The structure and working principle are elaborated. The design and analysis of propellant management are performed. The experimentation of the management device is summarized. The experimental result indicates that the performance of the production accords with the requirement of design. The device can be used in other similar systems
