摘　　要：中国正处于工业化发展过程中,转换经济发展方式,走低碳发展道路,构建低碳经济发展机制,是中国政府的战略选择。从低碳能源技术开发机制、生态环境补偿机制、低碳产品认证体系、碳排放约束机制4个方面研究中国低碳经济发展机制的构建。China is just in the process of industrialization now,so changing its economic development into a low-carbon mode and establishing the corresponding mechanism are the strategic choices which Chinese government should make in time.From the perspectives of low-carbon energy technologies development mechanism,ecological environment compensation mechanism,low-carbon products authentication system and carbon emission restriction mechanism,the paper put forward suggestions for construction of the Chinese low-carbon economic development mechanism.
