摘　　要：在企业转制过程中处理好劳动关系,关系到资源产业企业的顺利转型和广大职工的切身利益。以某矿山企业为例,分析辽宁资源产业劳动关系的历史演变及其特殊性,探讨劳动关系中的敏感性问题,如社会保险、补偿以及职工再就业等,并提出相应的对策。How to solve the problem of the labor relationship relates to the successful transformation of enterprises in resource industry and the own benefit of the workers.Based on an example of the mine enterprise,the paper analyzed the history of labor relationship of resource industry in Liaoning province and its special cases,discussed the sensitive problems in the labor relationship such as social insurance,compensation and reemployment,and gave some corresponding countermeasures.
