摘　　要：阐述中国商业银行经济资本管理现状,基于经济资本管理,提出贷款定价模型假设,设计贷款定价模型框架,并提出该产品应用的意义和远景展望。The paper elaborated the status quo of economic capital management in China＇s commercial banks.Based on economic capital management,it proposed the loan pricing model assumptions and designed the model framework.Finally it researched the application of the product and long-term prospect.
