摘　　要：人防工程地面设冷却塔存在冷却塔无防护能力,对环境有污染等缺点,提出把冷却塔置于人防工程内,其热量通过柴油电站的进排风系统带到地面的方案。并把该方案应用到了某人防工程。Putting cooling tower of civil defense engineering on the ground makes cooling tower no defense ability and pollutes environment.Puts forward that cooling tower is put inside the underground engineering,and the heat exhausted by which is carried out by the ventilation system of diesel power station.Puts forward its technical proposal and realized it in civil defense engineering.
