摘　　要：人防工程与地面建筑相比有许多不同点,因此其节能要求也不一样。根据人防工程的特点,阐述了《人防工程节能标准》的主要内容和特点。Civil air defence works have many specialties compared with the ground buildings,so it have characteristics in energy efficiency.According to the characteristics of Civil Air Defence Works,this paper expounds the main contents and specialties of the standard.
