扶正法结合腹腔化疗对恶性腹水干预作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究扶正法结合腹腔化疗对小鼠恶性腹水的干预作用。方法:昆明种小鼠40只,造模后随机分为4组,包括空白组、顺铂组、扶正组、结合组。观察腹围、体质量、腹水出现时间、腹水抑制率、瘤细胞存活率、脾重、胸腺重、脾脏(胸腺)指数、血常规等指标、HE染色以观察肿瘤细胞形态。结果:结合组及顺铂组对小鼠腹水的抑制作用明显优于空白组及扶正组,其中结合组最为明显。结合组的增强免疫力作用明显优于其他各组。结合组的骨髓抑制作用明显小于顺铂组。结论:扶正法结合腹腔化疗可以抑制小鼠腹水的生长,提高小鼠生活质量,并无明显骨髓抑制作用。Objective： To study the intervention on malignant ascites with method of Fuzheng combined intraperitoneal chemotherapy. Methods： 40 mice of species of Kunming were divided into 4 groups randomly. The groups are divided into blank group, DDP group, Fuzheng group, combination group. To observe the girth of paunch, the weight, the ascites epoch, the ascites inhibition rate, the lump cell survival percentage, the heavy of spleen, the heavy of thymus, the spleen （thymus） index, the dyeing of HE to observe the tumour cell shape. Results： The inhibitory action on ascites of combination group and DDP group is better than blank group and Fuzheng group. The affects of immunity enhancement of combination group is better than other groups. The effects of marrow suppress of combination group is smaller than DDP group. Conclusion： The Fuzhcng method combined intraperitoneal chemotherapy can suppresses the growth of mouse aseites, improve the quality of life, and have not obvious marrow inhibitory action.
