摘　　要：目的:探讨病证结合模式下慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)疗效指标体系的构建。方法:基于COPD的疗效评价指标体系研究现况,提出病证结合模式下的COPD疗效评价指标体系,并对该框架下目前常用的评价指标进行了分析。结果:COPD疗效评价指标体系的框架应包括:医护人员注重的指标,患者注重的指标,实验室指标,中医证候相关指标或中医疗效优势的指标等四部分。结论:病证结合模式下的COPD疗效评价指标体系的提出对临床治疗和评价有一定的指导意义。Objective ： To explore the construction of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease effect under the mode of combine disease and diffierention. Methods： Based on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） efficacy evaluation index system, puts forward the research status of combine disease mode of COPD efficacy evaluation index system, and the framework of evaluation index are analyzed. Results ： The efficacy of evaluation index system of COPD framework should include： the index of the medical staff , index of the patients , index of laboratory and TCM syndrome, or related indexes of TCM effect advantage indices. Conclusion ： Combine disease diffi- erention mode of COPD efficacy evaluation index system of evaluation of clinical treatment has certain directive significance.
