摘　　要：目的:探讨温胆汤及其化裁方在临床上的应用。方法:通过案例分析法对不同病证的患者应用温胆汤及其化裁方疗效进行观察。结果:温胆汤化裁治疗中风、心悸、失眠、癫痫等有良效。结论:温胆汤及其化裁方的主治病证主要包括:精神神志病证,脾胃病证等。Objective ： To explore the clinical application of WenDan soup and cutting. Methods ： Through case analysis on different application of disease and syndrome patients WenDan soup and observing the effect of cutting square. Results ： WenDan soup of cutting in treating stroke, heart palpitations, insomnia, epilepsy has the better effect. Conclusion ： WenDan soup and cutting license mainly indication was as follows： the mental consciousness, spleen and stomach disease, etc.
