摘  要:目的:研究建立一种操作方法简单、稳定可靠、重现性高的豚鼠膜迷路积水模型。方法:采用腹腔注射醋酸去氨加压素不同给药时间和剂量诱导豚鼠膜迷路积水,以颞骨切片蜗管面积与蜗管面积和前庭阶面积之和的比值等为指标,比较不同给药时间和剂量造模方法对指标的影响。结果:不同造模方法均可诱发膜迷路积水,以先注射醋酸去氨加压素4μg/kg,连续注射7d后,将剂量加大为6μg/kg,继续注射3d的造模方法最佳。结论:此法优于现有的其他建立膜迷路积水的方法,推荐优先选用。Objective : To establish a research method which is simple, reliable operation, high reproducibility of membrane water model in guinea pigs lost. Methods: Using intraperitoneal injection of vasopressin ammonia acid to different time and dose induced by water, guinea pig membrane lost temporal bone biopsy worm and worm tube tube area and vestibular area is the ratio of the size of order, such as the index to compare different time and dosage of the method of index. Results : The different methods can induce membrane water injection, first lost to ammonia acid vasopressin 4 muon g/kg, after 7 d will increase dosage for 6 muon g./kg, continue to inject 3 d made method is the best. Conclusion: This subject build membrane water lost the method is simple, the operation model of produced water is stable and reliable, and a high success rate.
