摘　　要：目的:建立专属性较高的HPLC法测定乙肝清热解毒胶囊中虎杖的主成份大黄素的测量方法。方法:采用AgilentODS色谱柱(5μm,4.6mm×250mm),以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液(80:20)为流动相,检测波长为254nm,流速1.0mL/min。结果:此法的线性范围为12.036-32.032mg/L,R=0.9998,平均回收率:100.3%;重复性:1.7%。结论:该方法灵敏、准确、回收率高,重复性好,可准确测定乙肝清热毒胶囊中大黄素的含量。Objective： To establish a HPLC method with better Specialization for determining the content of Emodin. , which is one of main components of Polygonum Cuspidate in hepatitis B Qingrejiedu capsule. Methods： The Agilent ODS column （250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used. Mobile phase was composed of methanol -0.1% phosphoric acid solution （80：20） with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was 254 nm. Results： The linear response ranges were 12. 036 -32. 032？ g/ml （R = 0.9998 ）, the average recovery and the repeatability were 100.3% and 1.7% respectively . Conclusion： The method is sensitive, accurate with high recovery and repeatability , and can be used for accurately determining the content of Emodin in hepatitis B Qingrejiedu capsule.
