摘　　要：目的:探讨醋炙柴胡对柴胡注射液中有效成分的影响。方法:用北柴胡的生药及其醋炙品,加工制成柴胡注射液。挥发油的提取和注射剂的制备工艺不变,然后对柴胡注射液进行定性定量比较。结果:醋炙柴胡制成的主射剂的鉴别和吸收度明显优于生柴胡。结论:生产柴胡注射液用醋炙柴胡为好。Objective： To investigate the effects of vinegar on effective ingredients of Vinegar entrapement. Methods： Using the north was out, and vinegar char made entrapement injection. The oil extraction and injection process was not changed , then to qualitatively and quantitatively compared to armeniacae amarum injection. Results ： Identification and absorb radiation dose of .Vinegar entrapement was obviously superior degrees birth. Conclusion： entrapement injection with vinegar moxibustion entrapement as well.
