中药综合治疗子宫内膜异位症患者血清CA125的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:采用中药综合(灌肠加口服汤药)治疗子宫内膜异位症患者,观察药物对患者血清中的肿瘤标志物CA125的影响和包块大小。方法:选择门诊的子宫内膜异位症患者30例,使用中药灌肠与口服综合治疗90d,检测其治疗前后血清CA125和包块大小变化。结果:治疗前CA125含量明显高于治疗后(P<0.05),治疗后包块明显变小,但包块大小和CA125无相关性r=0.1176。结论:中药综合治疗子宫内膜异位症具有较好的疗效,CA125可作为中药综合治疗子宫内膜异位症的疗效评价。Objective To observe the change of the tumor mark（ CA125 ） in serum and the volume of female pelvic mass in the compositire treatment（ take orally and clyster） of endometriosis with chinese herb . Methods 30 subjects were treated for three months, the clinical symptoms, the volume of female pelvic mass and CA125 were observed before and after treatment. Results The value of CA125 in before treatment is higher than in after treatment. The volume of female pelvic mass is reduced after treatment. There is significant difference between before and after treatment in the CA125 and the volume of female pelvic mass. but the value of CA125 is not corre- lation with the volume of female pelvic mass （r = 0.1176）. Conclusion： It is effective that chinese herb cure endometriosis with the compositive treatment（ take orally and clyster）, we can evaluate curative effect of chinese herb with compositive treatment for endometriosis by CA125.
