中西医结合治疗异位妊娠临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察米非司酮结合中药治疗未破裂型异位妊振的疗效和安全性。方法:将60例未破裂型异位妊娠分成两组,治疗组40例,用米非司酮加中药;对照组20例,单用中药。结果:治疗组成功率87.5%;对照组65.0%,有明显的差异(P<0.05)。结论:采用米非司酮加中药保守治疗疗效肯定,方法安全,应用简便,副作用小,病人易接受,并可保留生育能力。Objective ： To explore the the efficacy and safety of herbal with mifepristone in treating unruptured type eetopic uteruses of vibration. Methods ： 60 cases unruptured type of ectopic pregnancy was divided into two groups ： treatment group 40 cases with medicine and 20 cases with Chinese traditional medicine. Results： the composition power 87.5%, control group 65.0% ,there has obvious difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The curative effect with traditional conservative mifepristone with chinese medicine has no side effects, and can be easily accepted.
