摘　　要：目的:总结治疗痴呆小便失调的临床经验。方法:以病位病机为切入点,认为痴呆的发生与肾有密切关系,并在此基础上从脏腑、阴阳、病情轻重入手,采用温肾阳,填肾精的治疗方法。结果与结论:该法用于痴呆小便失调疗效显著,易于接受,适合临床应用。Objective ： To summarize the clinical experience of dementia urinate disorders. Methods ： In a disease pathogenesis, think dementia and kidney has close relationship, and on the basis of viscera, Yin and Yang, lightand heaviness, , using fill kidney essence of treatment. Results and conclusion： The method is used for dementia urinate disorders, curative effect is distinct, easy to accept, suitable for clinical application.
