火针焠刺治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察火针焠刺治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:观察120例神经根型颈椎病患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用火针焠刺颈部阿是穴,配合传统针刺法;对照组采用传统常规针刺法。采用日本田中靖久症状量表分析。结果:3个疗程治疗组痊愈率63.33%,对照组治疗率41.17%;治疗组治愈病人痊愈平均天数为(17±4.18)d,对照组治愈病人痊愈平均天数为(25±4.82)d,治疗组与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:运用火针焠刺为主治疗神经根型颈椎病的病人取得了较好的临床疗效。Objective：To observe the effect of fired acupuncture on cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy. Methods： 120 cases were randomly divided into treatment group with fired Acupuncture mainly （ 60 cases） and the control group treated with simple acupuncture （60 cases）. Japan Tian＇s anlysis methods was used. Results： After 3 courses ,the cured rate was 63.33 in the treatment and 41.17%in the control group, the cure time of treatment and control was 17 ± 4. 18, 25 ± 4.82 respectively. There was significant deference in the cured rate between the groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Fire acupuncture can obviously increase the cured rate for treatment Nervous Cervical Spondylosis.
