中药足浴配合穴位按摩治疗慢性咽炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药足浴配合穴位按摩治疗护理慢性咽炎的疗效。方法:将200例慢性咽炎患者随机分为足浴按摩组和对照组各100例。对照组100例采用安慰剂维生素C和复合维生素B口服,每日各服2片;足浴按摩组在对照组治疗的基础上配合中药足浴加穴位按摩护理,10d为1个疗程,观察6个疗程。结果:足浴按摩组总有效率88%,优于对照组的61%(显著性P=0.005)。结论:中药足浴配合穴位按摩治疗护理慢性咽炎能明显提高临床疗效。Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of Enough bath of traditional Chinese medicine combined Acupuncture point massage 100 cases of chronic pharyngitis. Methods： 200 cases of patient chronic pharyngitis were randomly divided into two groups, group of 100 cases of Enough bath massage group and Contrast a group （western medicine treatment of 100 patients） . Contrast a group oral Vi- tamin C and Vitamin B Co, 2 pieces / day ; Enough bath massage group on the basis of western medicine treatment add Enough bath of traditional Chinese medicine combined Acupuncture point massage ; 10 day is a course of treatment , observes 6 courses of treat- ment. Results： Group of Enough bath massage total effective rate was 88 percent, Contrast a group 61 percent . two groups were significantly different （ P = 0.005） . Conclusion ： The enough bath of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the clinical curative effect obviously in coordination with that acupuncture point massage cures the chronic pharyngitis.
