摘　　要：目的:探讨中医典籍中的岁星纪年和太岁纪年现象。方法:从浩如烟海的医学典籍《铜人腧穴针灸图经》、《外台秘要》、《千金方》等中找出与岁星纪年和太岁纪年有关的文献进行分析。结果:发现岁星纪年和太岁纪年法不能反映逐年的实际天象,且文辞古奥,给后人阅读带来了一定的困难,使人颇感费解,因此,被逐渐弃而不用。结论:我们现在见到的中医古籍中的岁星纪年和太岁纪年,往往是古代医家仿古所为。Objective： To explore the traditional Chinese medicine SuiXing dating and Taisui dating. Methods： From the medical classics such as ＂the resounding cutem tong ren acupuncture figure＂, ＂the secret to Taiwan＂, qianjinfang and find SuiXing and Taisui dating relevant literature analysis. Results ： SuiXing Taisui dating and reign law cannot reflect the actual signs, and by the diffcult wording for reading and brings some difficulty, make odd, therefore, was gradually abandoned. Conclusion： We now see the ancient Chinese SuiXing dating and Taisui dating, often is the ancient traditional archaize act.
