中医药治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的研究进展

摘　　要：目的:对近10a来中医药治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的研究进展进行分析。方法:中西医通过临床文献的搜集、整理和归纳等方法研究;西医采用激光治疗;中医多用益气养阴、补益肝肾、活血通络等方法。结果:中医药治疗可改善体内微循环,促进眼的出血、渗出、水肿的吸收,有效地缓解该病的发生和发展。结论:糖尿病性视网膜病变运用中医药辨证治疗,提高临床疗效效果显著。Objective： Research progress of nearly a decade of TCM therapy for diabetic retinopathy were analyzed. Methods ： The clinical medicine through literature collection, sorting and inductive method research, Western medicine was using laser to treat, the way of chinese medicine was as follows：tonifying qi and yin , tonifying both liver and kidney , promots blood circulation and frees meridians. Results ： TCM therapy can improve the microcireulation, promoting eye inside oozy and edema of bleeding, absorption, effectively relieve the occurrence and development. Conclusion： TCM has effect in treating diabetic retinopathy attune, increase significantly.
