摘　　要：目的:对近十年来有关复合型木脂素的研究进行综述。方法:通过查阅1999-2010年的相关文献,对新发现的复合型木脂素从其植物分布、结构类型、生物活性等方面的研究进行总结。结果:复合型木脂素主要包括木脂素与黄酮、生物碱、香豆素、萜类的复合体,具有抗炎、抗氧化、细胞毒性等活性。结论:复合型木脂素结构新颖,值得进一步的研究和开发。Objective ： To summarize the research progress in the study of multiplex lignans. Methods ： Consult the internal and overseas literature of lignans in recent 10 years to summarize the research progress of structure and active in the study of multiplex lignans. Results： Multiplex lignans are found in recent years combined with flavonoids, alkaloids, coumarin or terpenoids, and have antioxidant, anti - inflammatory and cytotoxin biological activities. Conclusion ： Special structures and evident biological activities reveal definite research significance of multiplex lignans.
