中药治疗宫环出血的临床文献分析

摘　　要：目的:了解现阶段中药治疗宫环出血临床研究的状况并为临床实践提供可靠依据。方法:通过机检广泛收集关于中药治疗宫环出血的临床研究文献,并按照临床流行病学的标准对纳入的文章进行分析。结果:纳入随机对照试验(randomizedcontrolled trial,RCT)82篇,11篇为半随机对照试验;非随机对照试验36篇,无对照的病例观察172篇。45篇有全国性的诊断标准,39篇有纳入标准,144篇有自拟排除标准,6篇采用随机双盲或单盲的分配方法(其中单盲分配方法1篇,双盲分配方法5篇),随访期均不超过2a。结论:目前中药治疗宫环出血临床研究的质量较低,还不能满足临床实践需要。Objective： To investigate the current situation of clinical studies on traditional Chinese medicine for IUD and the reliability of these evidence in clinic. Methods：By electronic searching and hand searching, all the published clinical trials on traditional Chinese medicine for IUD were collected and all the included trials according to clinical epidemiologic standard were assessed. Results ： Eighty - two randomized controlled trims, 11 semi -randomized controlled trials ,36 non -randomized controlled trials and 172 case serials stud- ies were included and analyzed. Among them, 45 had national diagnostic criteria, 39 had inclusive criteria, 144 had exclusive criteria, 6 had randomized danble - blind or single - blind allocated program and 2 had semi - randomized allocated program, and others had no randomized allocated program. The period of follow - up was no more than 2 years. Conclusion： Current quality of clinical studies of traditional Chinese medicine for IUD is not good enough to provide reliable evidence.
