摘　　要：在简述我国物业管理发展背景的基础上,分析了常规物业管理模式的利与弊,研究了新型物业管理模式,并阐述了其显著优势以及限制条件。对我国物业管理模式的发展趋势进行了展望,提出了物业管理模式专业化的发展方向。This article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of conventional property management modes,introducing new modes of property management and illustrating their significant advantages and limitations that based on briefly highlighting the development background of property management,envisaging the development tendency of property management modes in China.
