摘　　要：通过对项目特征的含义和作用进行分析,阐述了工程量清单计价模式下项目特征描述的意义,说明了项目特征描述的重要性,并介绍了项目特征描述的原则,结合工程实例介绍了项目特征描述的具体应用;以帮助工程造价人员正确理解和掌握项目特征,进而提高工程量清单编制水平。Through analysis of the meaning and effect on item characteristics,this article analyzed the significance of item characteristics description based on the bill of quantity model,explained the importance of it,presented the principle of it,and illustrated with practical example.By doing so,we can promote understanding and mastering of item characteristics and improve the level of bill quantity compilation.
