摘  要:采用不同浓度的葡萄叶提取物对4叶1心的黄瓜幼苗进行处理,研究了提取物对黄瓜幼苗生长及根系活力、叶绿素含量、SOD、POD和CAT活性的影响。结果表明:随着葡萄叶提取物浓度的增加,对黄瓜幼苗生长的抑制作用和黄瓜幼苗叶绿素含量均不断增加。提取物浓度为5mg/mL时黄瓜幼苗根系活力最强,随浓度的增加根系活力不断降低。黄瓜幼苗体内的保护酶活性随浓度的增加呈先升高后下降的趋势,并在提取物浓度为10mg/mL时,SOD和POD的活性达到峰值;提取物浓度为20mg/mL时,CAT的活性达到峰值。Through different leaf extracts concentrations of Vitis amurensis treating seedlings,the effect of leaf extracts treatment on the growth,root vigor,chlorophyll content and SOD,POD,CAT activities of cucumber seedlings was studied.The results indicated that with the increasing of the extracts concentrations,the inhibition on the growth of seedlings and the contents of chlorophyll increased.The root vigor was the highest at the concentration of 5 mg/mL,and then the root vigor decreased.The defense enzyme activities increased and decreased gradually with the increasing of the extracts concentrations,SOD and POD activities were the highest at the concentration of 10 mg/mL,CAT activity was the hightest at the concertration of 20 mg/mL.
