摘　　要：分析了碱回收炉送、引风系统的工艺流程,并针对其运行的特点和需要测量的变量,以及用户的操作要求,设计了一套合理的控制系统。针对鼓、引风机功率大,起动电流大,机械冲击大,以及频繁起停和需要调速等特点,设计了变频器软起动和调速控制系统。Process of recovery boiler delivery, blower system were analyzed. For its operating characteristics, need to measure variables, and the user＇ s operating requirements, a set of reasonable control system was designed. For drums, fan power, large starting current, large mechanical shocks and frequent starts and stops and need speed regulation and so on, inverter soft start and speed control system were designed.
