摘　　要：Autonomous learning is one of the objectives of multi-media college English teaching. On basis of the test of students＇ autonomous learning ability and the analysis of the results, this paper attempts to explore the feasibility of fostering the autonomous learning ability in college English teaching.多媒体环境下，大学英语教学改革的一个重要目标是培养学生的自主学习能力。本文通过对大学生自主学习能力的问卷调查，分析大学生目前自主学习能力低下的原因，探讨在大学英语教学过程中培养学生自主能力的可行性。
