大学科技园制度创新路径探析

摘　　要：大学科技园发展在管理体制、运行机制、产权制度、文化建设上存在着若干制度性缺陷,因此制度创新势在必行。在引入制度创新理论、三螺旋创新理论、国家创新系统理论前提之下,大学科技园制度创新应在建立市场化的管理体制、构建利益联动的GUI机制、探索激励性的产权制度、培育开放竞争的创新文化等关键路径上进行。It is necessary for us to make institutional innovations of the university science park as it has some institutional defects in management system, operational system, property rights institution and cultural construction. According to the theories of Institutional Innovation, Triple Helix Innovation and National Innovation System, the institutional innovations should be made by constructing a market-oriented management system, an interest-related GUI system, an incentive property rights institution, and an open and competitive innovation culture.
