摘 要:在新材料SiGe-OI(绝缘层上锗硅)单模光波导的基础上,建立了符合单模光波导条件的SiGe-OI对称型Y分支光功率分配器结构,分析了对称型Y分支光功率分配器的模式,并通过BPM模拟软件对SiGe-OI对称型Y分支光功率分配器进行了模拟,分析了光场强度、分支角度、分支过渡区长度以及附加损耗等之间的关系,选择的Y分支光功率分配器过渡区长度L为1200μm,光束被平均分配到两个分支中,出口处每束光的强度大约是入口处强度的50%,符合Y分支器的3 dB特性。该设计可以获得具有均匀输出特性,当分支角小于1°的时候,附加损耗小于0.5 dB的低损耗SiGe-OI对称型Y分支光功率分配器。In this paper, based on new materials SiGe-OI single-mode optical waveguide, the optical power splitter structure of SiGe-OI symmetrical Y-branch is built according to the conditions of singlemode optical waveguide. The mode of optical power splitter of SiGe-OI symmetrical Y-branch is analyzed, and the optical power splitter of SiGe-OI symmetrical is simulated by BPM simulation software. Aiso, the optical field, angle of Y-branch, length of Y-branch transition zone and the relationship between excess losses are analyzed. Finally, the length of Y-branch transition zone L = 120μm is chosen. In this optical power splitter of Y-branch, the beam is assigned to two branches on average, and the field strength of exit is about 50% of entrance. The characteristic is consistent with 3dB characteristics of Y splitter. Under this design, the exceptional output characteristics of optical power splitter of SiGe-OI symmetrical Y-branch can be obtained, when the branch angle is less than 1 degree, the excess loss is less than 0. 5dB.
