摘　　要：在梳理中西体育历史中对女性参与体育的歧视和女性对平等参与体育的抗争的基础上,提出:女性全面参与体育和在体育运动中地位的提高是衡量体育健康发展的重要标志之一,也是社会文明和进步的现实反映.民族传统体育的全面发展应充分认识"性别均衡"的发展原则,重视女性参与对民族传统体育发展的作用,设置和健全更多女性参与的运动项目,鼓励和吸引更多的女性参与民族传统体育运动和项目管理,促进女性自我价值的实现.In making a full investigation of the discrimination against women＇s participation in sports and women＇s struggle for equal participation in sports in the history of Chinese and Western sports,we propose that not only women＇s full participation in sports and their social position＇s improvement in sports is one of the most important signs to measure the advancement of the healthy development of sports,but a real reflection of social civilization and progress.The thorough development of a nation＇s traditional sports should fully understand the development principle——＂gender balance＂,by putting an emphasis on the role of women＇s participation in the nation＇s traditional sports development,setting up and improving more female participation sports,encouraging and attracting more women＇s participation in the nation＇s traditional sports and project management,and promoting women＇s self-realization.
