中国与世界男子竞技体操运动员出成绩的年龄和周期的差异分析

摘　　要：现代竞技体操运动已发展成为具有高难度的竞技比赛项目,无论在动作的难度和创新方面都已达到很高的水平.通过对中外优秀男子竞技体操运动员出成绩的年龄和周期的比较与分析,发现我国在早期专门化训练和早出成绩、快出成绩方面与亚洲及欧美国家相比有一定的优势,这有利于延长我国优秀竞技体操运动员的运动寿命.研究中国与世界男子竞技体操运动员出成绩的年龄和周期对我国竞技体操的科学选材和训练具有一定的参考意义.Modern gymnastics has developed into highly-demanded athletic event,regardless of its difficulty in movement and innovation.It has reached a pretty high level.Through age and periodic comparison and an analysis of the excellent male gymnasts at home and abroad,China has certain advantages over the Asian and Western countries in the aspects of early specialized training to make earlier and faster achievements,which will help to extend sports life of the elite gymnasts.Thus,the research is of referential significance to the study of Chinese gymnastics elite selection and training.
