摘 要:借鉴国内外已有满意度模型,结合旅游管理教学特点,构建了旅游管理教学学生满意度结构方程模型.首先运用SPSS15.0软件对数据进行了信度分析,然后利用LISREL8.70软件对模型进行检验.检验结果表明,测量模型中的观测变量对学生满意度的影响是显著的,测量模型具有较高的目标可靠性;结构模型中各结构变量之间的路径系数与假定基本符合,但增加了一条从旅游专业形象到忠诚度的路径;旅游实践教学比旅游理论教学对学生的满意度影响更大.Based on the current international and national major satisfaction models,and taking the characteristic of tourism management teaching into consideration,this paper puts forward a creative structural equation model for testing students' satisfaction toward tourism undergraduate teaching.First,the Cronbach Alpha reliability of data is analyzed with the help of the software SPSS15.0.Then by means of LISREL,the test result on the model indicates that the measurement model has high goal dependability since the observed variables have a significant effect on students' satisfaction;the path coefficients between the latent variables are basically consistent with the assumption,but a path among the tourism major image and students' loyalty is added;and the whole model has a good goodness of fit.In addition,the load of tourism practice teaching is bigger than tourism theory teaching.
