摘　　要：新时期高校学生党建工作面临许多新情况,提出了新课题、新挑战,对大学生入党动机多元化研究具有非常重要的现实意义。作者试着从大学生入党动机多元化倾向的归类和分析的基础上,着重就如何正确引导大学生自觉端正入党动机进行了深入探索和理论思考,提出了正确引导的有效途径。In the new period, it puts forward new topics and challenges that there are some new circumstances of Party building among college students. It is of importantly realistic significance to study diversified tendencies of the undergraduates＇ motivation of joining the Party. On the basis of classification and analysis of diversified tendencies of motivation of joining the Party, the paper tries to perform further exploration and theoretical thinking of how to guide students fostering a correct motivation of joining the Party, and proposes some effective ways.
