上消化道出血病因及相关因素临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨上消化道出血的病因及相关因素。方法:回顾性分析我院消化内科2007-06～2010-03期间263例上消化道出血病人的临床资料。结果:男性上消化道出血明显高于女性(P<0.05)。青年组、中年组、老年组各占3.29%、43.21%、53.50%。不同性别、年龄组出血原因不相同。结论:上消化道出血的病因主要为消化性溃疡、食管胃底静脉曲张、消化道肿瘤、急性胃黏膜病变,性别、年龄为相关因素。Objective： To investigate the causes of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage （UGIH） and the relative factors. Methods： Retrospective analysis performed on the clinical data of 263 cases with UGIH in our hospital from June 2007 to March 2010. Results：The incidence rate of UGIH in male and female patients has a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） and in young, middle, older aged groups were 3.29% ,43.21% ,53.50% respectively. The causes of bleeding in patients of different sexes and ages were not the same. Conclusion：The principal causes of UGIH were peptic ulcer, esophageal gastric varices, gastric cancer and acute gastric mucosal lesion , age and sex are correlative factors in the occurrence of UGIH.
