针刺疗法对单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：【目的】评价针刺疗法对单纯性肥胖症患者的治疗效果。【方法】采用随机单盲试验方法,将118例单纯性肥胖症患者按就诊次序采用随机数字表法以2∶1比例随机分为治疗组76例和安慰组42例,另设健康对照组30例。2组单纯性肥胖症患者在治疗过程中均受饮食控制。治疗取腹部以脐为中心12穴并配合下肢梁丘(双侧)、足三里(单侧)、阴陵泉(单侧)穴位。观察2组治疗前后体质量指数(BMI)、腹部皮下脂肪层及双大腿根部皮下脂肪层面积(CT扫描下)分值变化情况。【结果】治疗后2组单纯性肥胖症患者BMI及腹部皮下脂肪层、双大腿根部皮下脂肪层面积与治疗前比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。而2组单纯性肥胖症患者治疗前后BMI、腹部皮下脂肪层及双大腿根部皮下脂肪层面积与健康对照组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。【结论】针刺疗法可降低单纯性肥胖症患者BMI、腹部皮下脂肪层及双大腿根部皮下脂肪层面积,提示本疗法对单纯性肥胖症有一定治疗作用,但并未能将单纯性肥胖症患者各项指标降至正常范围,表明单纯运用针刺疗法对单纯性肥胖症治疗效果有限。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture for the treatment of simple obesity. Methods Randomized single-blind clinical trial was adopted. One hundred and eighteen simple obesity patients were divided into acupuncture group （N = 76） and placebo group （N = 42） , and we also set up a healthy control group （N = 30）. All of the simple obesity patients were asked to control their appetite as a baseline. The patients were given acupuncture on 12 acupoints around the bellybutton and the lower limbs acupoints such as Liangqiu （bilateral）, Zusanli （unilateral） and Yinlingquan （unilateral）. The changes of body mass index （BMI）, and the area of subcutaneous fat layer of the abdomen and the root of the thighs were observed. Results BMI and the area of subcutaneous fat layer of the abdomen and the root of thighs were decreased in all of the simple obesity patients after treatment （P 〈 0. 01 compared with those before treatment）, and the differences were also significant as compared with the healthy volunteers （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Acupuncture is effective for simple obesity by decreasing BMI and the area of subcutaneous fat layer of the abdomen and the root of thighs of the patients. However, acupuncture cannot regulate the above indexes to normal level, indiating that acupuncture therapy has the limited effect on simple obesity.
