摘  要:【目的】建立罗布麻叶挥发性成分顶空气相色谱—质谱(HSGC-MS)指纹图谱分析方法,评价不同产地罗布麻叶药材的质量。【方法】采用HSGC-MS联用技术对不同产地罗布麻叶的挥发性成分进行分析,测定其指纹图谱,确定共有指纹峰,并作模糊聚类分析和相似度评价。【结果】罗布麻叶挥发性成分中含有14个特征性指标成分,初步建立了以此14个共有峰为特征指纹信息的HSGC-MS指纹图谱。【结论】本方法准确可靠,重复性好,可作为罗布麻叶质量评价的依据。Objective To establish the analytical method for the fingerprint of the volatile components of Follum Apocyni Veneti by headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HSGC-MS) technique, and to estimate the quality of Folium Apocyni Veneti from different habitats. Methods The volatile components of Folium Apocyni Veneti from different habitats were analyzed and the chromatographic fingerprint were determined by HSGC-MS. The data were analyzed by Fuzzy Cluster and the similarity of different fingerprint patterns was calculated and analyzed. Results There were 14 main characteristic components found in the volatile components of Folium Apocyni Veneti. HSGC-MS fingerprint of 14 main peaks was established preliminarily. Conclusion The method is reliable, accurate and with good reproducibility, which can be used for the quality control of Folium Apocyni Veneti.
