大面积Ⅲ度烧伤植皮方法的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同植皮方法在大面积Ⅲ度烧伤的临床应用。方法:回顾性分析我院96例大面积Ⅲ度烧伤患者给予不同的植皮方法的临床疗效。结果:A组61例,优良率为80.3%;B组35例,优良率为97.1%;96例患者经治疗后,总优良率为86.5%。自体皮扩大比例B组>A组,随访6个月,两组愈合区皮肤恢复良好,无小水疱与破溃的出现。结论:B组的临床疗效高于A组。B组疗效好且其修复后的皮肤弹性与韧性较前者良好,外观较丰满。所以B组的治疗方法值得推广。Objective： To explore the different ways in a large area of skin Ⅲ° burn wounds. Methods ： A retrospective analysis of 96 cases of large area Ⅲ° burns were treated with different methods of skin cancer. Results：Group A 61 cases, good rate of 80. 3% ; Group B 35 cases, the fine rate was 97.1% ; 96 patients after treatment, the total fine was 86. 5%. Group B expanded autologous skin proportion of Group A were followed up for 6 months, both groups recovered well healed areas of skin, withont the appearance of small blisters and ulceration. Conclnsions：The clinical efficacy of Group B than Group A. Group B has better efficacy and its restored skin elasticity and toughness than the former good, look more plump. Therefore, the treatment of B worthy.
