摘  要:应用RAPD分子标记技术对14个茯苓栽培菌株进行遗传多样性分析,以期探究茯苓栽培菌株间的亲缘关系,为茯苓菌株的鉴别及育种提供DNA依据。研究中应用9个RAPD引物对茯苓栽培菌株进行RAPD分析,筛选出4个RAPD引物,扩增出21条比较明显的条带。利用21条扩增带对14个菌株进行聚类分析,获得14个茯苓栽培菌株亲缘关系树状图。结果显示,在53%的相似值时,14个茯苓栽培菌株可分为2大类群,而在93%相似值时可分为13个类群。In this paper,the genetic diversity of 14 cultivation strains of Wolfiporia cocos were analyzed by using the molecular labeling technique of RAPD to study their genetic relationship. 9 RAPD random primers were used in the amplification and 4 of them produced 21 relative obvious DNA bands. The strains were clustered base on the 21 DNA bands and a dendrogram of 14 W.cocos cultivation strains was obtained. The results showed that 14 W.cocos strains could be divided into 2 groups at the similarity coefficient of 53% ; while at the similarity coefficient of 93%,the strains were divided into 13 groups.
