摘　　要：月季具有极高的观赏价值和商业价值,是园林绿化及花卉市场中主要栽培品种。文章综述了国内外研究概况和发展趋势,以及月季组织培养中的关键技术,阐述了腋芽萌发、器官发生、体细胞胚胎发生3个方面建立月季组培体系的途径,提出了月季组织培养过程中经常遇到问题和建议,为月季生产中的苗木快繁提供重要的理论依据。Rose possesses high worth for viewing and commerce,which is a main flower variety in planting,and using the method of tissue-cultivated could greatly accelerate it is breeding speed. This paper summarizedthe rose research and development trends in China and abroad,as well as the rose essential technical operations of tissue culture. It elaborated the axillary buds germination,organogenesis,somatic embryogenesis in three ways of rose tissue culture system and establishment,and discussesd the problems and recommendations the rose tissue culture in the process. The purpose was to provide important theoretical basis for the production of nursery stock rose propagation.
