摘 要:对河南省猪瘟(CSF)流行区的猪群进行非洲猪瘟(ASF)感染的排查;利用猪瘟抗原捕获ELISA试剂盒对27个猪场的猪瘟疑似病料进行CSFV鉴定,并用区别猪瘟强弱毒的RT-PCR检测方法鉴定猪瘟疑似病料。与此同时针对ASFVVP73蛋白基因设计一对引物利用PCR方法对ASFV进行排查;河南省CSFV流行区没有ASFV的感染;且RT-PCR对CSFV的检出率高于ELISA,两者差异显著。结果表明:尽管目前中国作为俄罗斯的邻国存在ASFV的威胁,但中国河南仍没有ASFV感染。Detection of ASF infection in CSF epidemiological area of Henan province; Suspected-CSFh istologic materials of 27 pig farms in Henan were detected and identified by the commercial antigen-captureE LISA assay and RT-PCR for detection and differentiation of wild-type and vaccine viruses of classical swinef ever virus (CSFV). At the same time, primers were designed according to the nucleotide sequence of VP73g ene of african swine fever virus(ASFV) and PCR assays were performed to screen ASF infection; None ASFi nfection were found in CSF epidemiological area of Henan province; The detection rate of CSFV by RT- PCRw as higher than that by the commercial antigen-capture ELISA assay, the difference was significant. Resultss howed that none ASF infection was found in Henan province, though ASFV threat was existed in China as an eighboring country of Russia now.
