摘  要:通过在土壤中施入不同浓度的K2S2O3溶液,研究其对土壤中Cu2+、Zn2+、Mn2+、Al3+元素的交换态含量,并采用土培试验,在土壤中加入不同浓度K2S2O3溶液研究其对玉米吸收重金属的影响。结果表明:随着K2S2O3浓度的增加,玉米植株中Cu2+、Zn2+、Mn2+含量增加,而Al3+含量降低;在施以不同浓度K2S2O3的玉米植株中,Al3+在根中的浓度均远大于其在茎叶中的浓度;高浓度的K2S2O3溶液有一定的毒性,能抑制植物的生长发育,显著降低植物的生物量。The exchange condition content of Cu 2 +,Zn 2 +,Mn 2 +,Al 3 + was investigated by adding different concentration of potassium thiosulfate to the solid,and a pot experiment studied the effect of different concentration K 2 S 2 O 3 on the content of heavy metals in maize.The result reveals that the consistency of Cu 2 +,Zn 2 +,Mn 2 + increased and the consistency of Al 3 + decreased along with the potassium thiosulfate inputs increasingly in the maize;The concentration of Al 3 + in the roots were much higher than its in the stems and leaves while different concentrations of potassium thiosulfate adding in the corn plants;The high content of K 2 S 2 O 3 contains certain toxicity itself,which can inhibit the growth of plant and reduce the biomass greatly.
