摘 要:以金花猕猴桃为试材,观测不同基质对扦插苗根系性状和叶片性状的影响,以筛选出金花猕猴桃扦插繁殖的最佳基质。结果显示,不同基质对金花猕猴桃生根率的影响非常显著,其中以在培养土为基质的生根率最高,达93.02%;其次是珍珠岩+河沙(84.31%),河沙+苔藓(70.89%);生根率最低的基质是石英砂,仅42.04%。在培养土基质中,扦插苗的根长、根粗、侧根级数、根系干重、根系总长、根系总表面积、叶面积、叶长、叶宽、叶干重等指标均表现最优,长势明显优于其他基质,且扦插苗一年内可形成径粗0.8~1.0cm、高1.5m以上的植株。因此,培养土是金花猕猴桃扦插繁殖的最佳基质。Using the endangered plant Actinidia chrysantha as material,the cutting propagation experiment was carried out with different substrates (riversand + moss,quartz sand,perlite + riversand and foster earth).Their root characteristics and leaf traits were determined to select the best substrate.The results showed that the effect of different substrates on rooting ratio was extremely distinct.Among these substrates,foster earth had the highest rooting ratio which reached up to 93.02%,followed by perlite+riversand (84.31%) and river sand + moss (70.89%),while quartz sand had the lowest rooting ratio,which was only 42.04%.Furthermore,cutting seedlings on foster earth performed the best in root length,root diameter,lateral root series,root dry weight,root total length,root total surface area,leaf area,leaf length,leaf width,leaf dry weight.In addition,they had better growth vigour and would develop to be individuals which were 0.8-1.0 cm in diameter and 1.5 m in height within one year.Therefore,it could be concluded that the foster earth was the best substrate for cutting propagation of Actinidia chrysantha.
